Hi, I’m Lex, a wedding photographer based in Utah, with roots in the Southwest, Alaska and a love for the wild landscapes of the West and Pacific Northwest. I photograph intimate weddings and thoughtfully designed elopements with a documentary heart and an editorial eye. I’m drawn to beautiful places, meaningful details, unconventional ideas, and couples who want their wedding to feel deeply personal rather than perfectly traditional.
My work is inspired by the landscapes I grew up in and around. Desert light, rugged coastlines, mountain towns, ranch country and the kind of places that already feel like a story before I pick up my camera. The result is imagery that feels artful, nostalgic and honest to the people in it.
